Includes all materials for you to gain a good understanding of, and practiceto develop these under used cake decoration skills.

No experience necessary. Take your first steps to learn a range of skills while making effective yet simple models, both animals and people.
Each 3 hour session will give you the opportunity to understand:-
Types of pastes available, use of colour, proportions, assembling methods.

Making a selection of figures

10am till 1pm Thursday 8th March

Cost Cost £45.00 to include refreshments and all materials and equipment for the session.

At the end of the day you will take home the finished cake/dummy while developing the following skills:-
Types of Cake, Paste, Use of colour, Coating the 8 inch cake with sugar paste,Embossing, Crimping
Hand made teddy bear to compliment the cake.
And 8inch dummy cake will be used for the purpose of the day. However student may bring there own 8 inch fully marzipanned cake if they wish t0
Cost: £90.00. To include All equipment and material for the day Morning coffee, light lunch and afternoon tea.

10.00am till 2.00pm
At the end of the four hour session you will make and take home a selection of 12 individually made and decorated cup cakes.
And will have an understanding of:- Types of cakes, Pastes,Production methods, Use of colour, Decoration techniques.
Cost £50.00 - To include all ingredients and equipment to make your cup cakes, and a cup cake box to take home your goodies.
